This RV has a Nevada salvage title due to a previous fire in the basement storage area. The fire appears to have originated in one of the basement compartments. The fire was isolated to the basement area and did not affect the Freightliner chassis, engine, transmission or other chassis components. There was no significant fire damage inside the living area of the coach. The interior did experience some smoke exposure and has been professionally cleaned. One of the kitchen windows was also replaced.Before beginning the repairs, we drove this motorhome from Las Vegas, Nevada to Sacramento, California. The coach ran and drove properly during the trip, and the chassis side of the motorhome was not affected by the fire.
The affected basement area was completely gone through and repaired. Damaged wiring was removed and replaced as needed. Inverter was also replaced. Affected electrical components and control units were replaced, slide out control modules were replaced, affected Oasis system modules and components were replaced, basement carpeting was replaced, the central vacuum system was replaced, and additional damaged control units and components located within the affected basement area were replaced as needed.
All systems have been gone through, repaired as needed and tested. The coach runs and drives properly with no known issues. There is a chip in the windshield that will be professionally repaired.Please see before repair pictures at the very end of the listing.
The RV is currently located in Sacramento, California and is being sold AS IS by a dealer that specializes in rebuilding RVs with over a decade of experience. It is currently not registered.
