You are bidding on a 2009 Newmar Dutch Aire 4055 (41 footer) FULL BODY PAINT with triple slide outs, allon a heavy-dutyMountain Master Chassis and air ride suspension and brakes,powered by a Cummins ISL 425HP Turbo Diesel engine attachedto a heavy-duty Allison push button transmission. Complete with Cruise Control, electric mirrors, leveling system, backup camera, and an Onan 8000watt Diesel Generator that runs perfect with JUST 1,265 hours!!! This coachruns and drives PERFECT!! This coach has just 42,590 miles.

CONDITION: This coach backed into something in the right rear causing fractures/damage to the lower right rear corner of the cap and the right rear most basement door was bent up. We ordered a brand new door from Newmar and installed it (opens/closes no issues). We also did some rough work of the fiberglass. This coach is read for the finish work/primer and paint to make it PERFECT. This coach is ROAD READY as it is, but can easily be made perfect. This was light cosmetic damage only. This is a SUPER nice diesel coach that is perfect for someone looking to save a bundle!!!

As you enter the coachthrough the bus style entry door, you are at the dash area. There are two leather captain chairs and overhead are several storage cabinets!! Notice the HIGH GLOSS ceramic tile throughout the coach and the SOLID cherry cabinets!As you turn around and step into the living room area, on the right is the firstslide out! This houses the four door fridge with water in the door (stainless) followed by the kitchen area. Notice the solid surface countertops throughout. Past this is a J lounger. Back to your left is another slide out that houses a free standing kitchen table followed by a leather couch followed by the free standingdinette. Past this is the entertainment area with a large flat screen TV. There are TONS of cabinets throughout!

As you step into the middle of the coach, back to your right is the bathroom which has the commode and sink and large corner shower area. Notice there is also a STACKED washer/dryer unit in this area.

As you step towards the back of the coach, on the right is the last slide out that houses the queen-sized bed. There are tons of cabinets/drawers across from this as well as another large flat screen TV!! Along the back is a large sliding mirror closet!!

This coach has lots of storage and cabinets throughout! It has double roofa/c units. This coach is really nice inside with a spacious layout.This is a super nice higher end Newmar product!!

This coach runs/drives PERFECT. This coach has TONS of storage and a nice basement!!The exterior of the coach looks great and shiny all over aside from the obvious damage. We would rate the outside an easy 8+ out of 10 aside from the obvious damage! The inside of this coach looks excellent and is an easy 9 out of 10!!!!

This is a super nice coach ready to hit the road, we need it gone ASAP! Many have sold for over 100K. Save a bundle on this coach!
