“This 2008 Newmar Mountain Aire 4528 is a dependable Class A diesel pusher with no major mechanical issues. The engine and transmission run strong, and it's been a solid coach overall.
The refrigerator works great, although the icemaker is currently not functional. Inside, there are several broken tiles throughout the unit, and the main door handle needs to be replaced. There is some water damage to thefloor under tiles in front of refrigerator from a freshwater toilet flood, and the ceiling in the rear bathroom from previous owners (unsure of how it was damaged/repaired). There are no existing leaks.One of the awnings—specifically the one over the entry door—is missing. The windshield has a crack, and the dashboard could use an update. The water pump is due for replacement, and the leveling motor is not working and will also need to be replaced.
That said, there are no leaks anywhere in the unit, and it remains dry and structurally sound. This coach has plenty of life left in it and would make a great project for someone looking to own a high-quality Newmar at a reasonable price.”
