RV in good running condition, but has some cosmetic issues. Has scratches and dents here and there. Carpet needs a deep cleaning. The sofas and booth seats need recovering. This year and model of coach are known for the couches peeling. Was quoted $3500 to redo. Has other smaller issues that don't affect driving. AC's and heat work well and generator works great. Water and plumbing also work well. Has a combo washer/dryer but I didn't test it. Nice working residential refrigerator. All new batteries installed in 2025. Slideouts also work good. I have priced this very well even with the current issues.
Has a rebuilt title due to a tree falling on the front end windshield area. I can send a before pic. I paid $12k for it to be professionally repaired and I have the receipts.
