We are always closed on Saturday and Sunday. The RV tech only works Monday thru Thursday, so, if you need assistance at time of pickup, you need to be here Monday thru Thursday.
If you are bidding on a eBay cheap no reserve auction, please NOTE, due to recent eBay transactions, you need to schedule a pickup time with our RV tech of at least minimum of 1 hour time at $150 per hour. If you are new to camping and have a lot of questions, then you need to schedule two hours. If you do not schedule any time, then the ebay transaction will be just a sign and drive, you can figure out all of the camper stuff yourself. If you are purchasing on a buy it now price, or some other website then no worries about scheduling time.
This is a American Heritage 45Eby Fleetwoodwith 4Slides, 45ft long. This motorhome cost $700k back in 2007.

We completed an inspection on this RV and the following shows the results of our findings:
The Cummins ISXengineruns great.
The Allison transmission shifts good.
The 12k Diesel Onangen works with approx 6200hours.
The engine or dash AC seems to maybe need a little freon gas to make it cold.
This motorhome was just driven approx 100 miles with no issues.
There are 3roof AC units that work. The bedroom roof AC unit has the heat pump option. The mid and front are AC units.
There is a functional Aquahot diesel fired furnace that will proved heat in the mid and front and well as hot water.
The LP stoveto works.
It has 2023date codetires.
The microwave turns on, although we did not cook anything in it.
The water system works.
The electric fridge turns on and seems towork, we check more later.
The hydraulic jacks and the air level systemwork.
The power cord is a 50 amp but the electric power cord reel does not turn on and we did not check further.
The radio and three cameras work.
All of the slides function. The passenger rear will work, you just have to keep clicking the button but the same button works for the driver side, so the pasenger slide board must need to be replaced. The driver front slide button may need to be replaced soon, if feels a little loose.
The house batteries are less than a year old, 5qty group 8D. The engine batteries have been working good as well.
There are 4qty Girardawnings.The passenger front awning did function whenwe first got it in stock but does not move now. The other 3 awnings will go in and out. The canvas material is there on all 4 awnings. The stitching is fallingapart on all. The material needs to be removed,restitched and reinstalled.
A few of the lights do not work as you can see in the photos, most of the time, the bulbs are bad.
Most of these older motorhomes really need the oil, oil filter, fuel filter changed on both the engine and the generator.
We did NOT check anything else.

This RV is little dirty and needs a good cleaning and it is also a little rough, it is nearly 20years old and used.
