Motorhome starts and runs good. Appliances have been checked and they are in a good working condition. We have purchased this Rv from Insurance company. Looks like right passenger tire blew, causing damage to the fender, and to the bottom of the front end, and three compartment doors next to the fender, on the passenger side. All the parts have been repaired, as you can see on the photos. There are some minor gauges on the drivers side. Both front tires have been recently changed. Rear tires are more then 5 years old, and we are recommending to replace them. Look like previous owner installed laminate floor in the bedroom. Roof has some tape patches, that have been put by a previous owner. There is a small rock chip on the top right corner of the windshield. There are some spots on the roof, that feel like soft, but it is due to poor construction of the roof. There are no leaks inside of the Rv, we did not see any.
