We completed an inspection on this RV and the following shows the results of our findings:

The engine runs good.
The transmission shifts good.
The engine or dash AC seems to work.
This motorhome was just driven approx 600 miles with no issues.
There are 2roof topAC units that function.
The water systemworks.
It has 23date code tires.
The microwave turns on, although we did not cook anything in it.
The fridge works.
The LPsystem, water heater, furnace and stove top try do function.
A few of the lights do not work as you can see in the photos, most of the time, the bulbs are bad.
Most of these older motorhomes really need the oil, oil filter, fuel filter changed on both the engine and the generator.
Thejacks work.
The carpet and upholstery look good like new. There are a few cracked tile as you can see in the photos.
The Onan diesel generator willrun.
The batteries function and seem to be good.
There is a stackablewasher dryer.
We did NOT check anything else.

This RV is older and a little dirty and it could use a good cleaning, it is 19years old and used. I tried to take a lot of photos so you can tell.
