We are always closed on Saturday and Sunday. The RV tech only works Monday thru Thursday, so, if you need assistance at time of pickup, you need to be here Monday thru Thursday.
If you are bidding on a eBay cheap no reserve auction, please NOTE, due to recent eBay transactions, you need to schedule a pickup time with our RV tech of at least minimum of 1 hour time at $150 per hour. If you are new to camping and have a lot of questions, then you need to schedule two hours. If you do not schedule any time, then the ebay transaction will be just a sign and drive, you can figure out all of the camper stuff yourself. If you are purchasing on a buy it now price, or some other website then no worries about scheduling time.
This is a American Tradition 42M, approx 43ftwith 1 WALL slide and 2 other sli des for a total of 3Slides, Cummins ISL 425hp Diesel with an Allison 6speed Auto trans.
We completed an inspection on this RV and the following shows the results of our findings:

The engine runs good.
The transmission shifts good.
The Onan Diesel gen works.
The engine or dash AC seems to maybe need a little freon gas to make it cold.
This motorhome was just driven approx 200 miles with no issues.
There are 3roof AC units that work.
The Aqua HotWater Heater furnace heat function.
It has Michelintires that look nearly new.
The microwave turns on, although we did not cook anything in it.
The water system works.
The fridge works.
The power cord is a 50 amp.
Theright turn signal camera functions, the left turn signal camera functions sometimes, the backup works sometimes as well.
The radio turns off or resets every so often.
The main or wall slide awning topper needs to be replaced.
Most of these older motorhomes really need the oil, oil filter, fuel filter changed on both the engine and the generator.
The jacks work.
The batteries are approx 1 year old.
We have keys for the storage doors and the entry door lock, but the deadbolt for the main door does not have a key.
There is a stackablewasher and dryer.
We did NOT check anything else.
If you do not see it, or I do not show it functioning or it is not listed in this description, the I did NOT check it, it is missing or similar. The only items checked are listed or shown in photos.
This RV is older and a little dirty and it could use a good cleaning, it is 14years old and used. I tried to take a lot of photos so you can tell.
