1961 Avion 20’Vintage Travel Trailer
Almost identical to a Airstream but has an additional 3rd member Frame( Better )
This Trailer has had a very sympathetic Restoration trying to maintain its originality but giving it modern amenities. It has a brand new fabricated frame from the new power tongue lift (jack) back to the new axle, hub & new brakes, wheels & tires. New low profile roof Air Conditioning unit, Also a new Fantastic fan. New Refrigerator propane/electric & new heating system. Also new toilet & fresh water tank.Mostly re-wired & plumbed with new parts. Repaired sub-floor & new Vintage vinyl floors. New Upholstery, New 4 seat Dinette built in the style of the original & new countertop. Much more including a brand new battery. It also has Jack mountingbrackets with scissor jacks & includes an anti sway hitch system. There will be more photos in the coming days !
I have owned this Trailer for the past 6 years & only used it for dry Camping. All of the work was performed prior to me purchasing it. I did replace the Battery last Summer.
