DescriptionThis is an excellent Argosy to come in and put on the finishing touches. It mainly needs the cosmetics (flooring, upholstery, etc). The body is in great condition with only a few minor blemishes. The frame and subfloor are solid. The front sublfoor is new. The electrical is fully operational. It has new dimmable led ceiling lighting. The running lights are all operational and the 7 way plug is new. The A/C, stove, stove vent, water heater and fridge are all operational. The front sofa cushions and rear mattresses were removed for replacement (we have the sofa cushions as a template). Thetrailer has 2 large his/her closets and large kitchen pantry. The vinyl facing on the overhead storage compartments has been removed and they are ready for new material or paint. The bathroom has a large tub/shower,vanity, overhead mirrored cabinet, toilet, and large closet.
