This coach was one of our previous rental units.
While it was at rentals we did all the maintenance and upkeep.
We pull our rentals around 31k miles or 3 years and sell them. This one was sold with lower milage to a family. They recently traded it in on a new coach.
CONDITION:
Very well maintained.
Runs and drives great.
One of he locks on the outside back right door is punched in and needs repaired. Not a big job.

At one time there was a small leak at the front cap where it meets the roof. It was sealed long ago. No repair necessary.
