New tires / replaced four years ago, only moved occasionally on site, estimate 20 miles use but should inspect them for current roadworthiness, lifting cables / pulleys, entry step, etc. inspected / serviced as well at that time.
Canvas AND SCREENS are good (noticed some stains on an area of qthe canvas), propane tanks are older / untested, dining table can be mounted for outside use,
