This is a project camper. It is missing the winch so the roof won't lift up. The original winch is no longer manufactured. On this model, the winch is underneath the camper. An aftermarket winch (~$200) and plate to hold it under the camper along with some fabrication will get this camper back in working order. This model is a hand crank that connects to a long bar that then connects to the winch. The hand crank and bar are also missing. The cables are good and are still in place. The interior and the canvas are in good condition. The awning could use a replacement as the legs that hold up the awning are missing/broken. The last time we used it, about a year and a half ago, it showed no signs of leaks.There is an air conditioning unit that does blow air, but it's not cold air. I don't know about the heat.
