Everything works well and considered in excellent shape with a minor exception. Also has grass matting, Great heater and Air Conditioner, sometimes using only a small space heater instead of factory heater. Bathroom has bedroom walk thru. Refrigerator is a 3 way; A, Battery, Propane. No water leaks, Plumbing excellent with a strong water pump. Two 40 pound propane tanks. New battery.
