This motorhome could easily be a year round home on wheels if you stay out of heavy winters. It has 2AC units with heat pumps but one needs to be replaced. We were able to travel comfortably using just one with a fan the last time we used it. It has central vacuum system. Bath & a half, side by side 4 door refrigerator, 3 burner stove, convection microwave, small toaster oven included. The master bedroom has a slide out & 3 windows with day night shades. Behind it there is a full bath with room to use as a shower or bath & a domed sun roof over it. There is a generous closet & room & plumbing for a washer/dryer. There is one in it & it just stopped working but might be able to be fixed. The living room has a couch that folds out into a queen & needs an air mattress or some sort of padding. Across from it is a couch that folds down into a double & we traveled with it folded out most of the time. There are storage cabinets above both the couches & the bed with more storage across from the master.

There are day/night shades in the dining & living areas. Powered shades on each side of the front cab. Both seats swivel around to face the living area. The passenger seat can recline with foot rest & the automatic steps can be left out when parked & there is a cover that slide over the step well when not in use.
There is an electric awning that covers almost the entire passenger side & TV hookups so you can essentially have another room under it. There are slide out awnings that cover them when open.
This motorhome was built on a Roadmaster Chassis. It is powered by a Caterpillar C7 turbo diesel engine that was just serviced & had the oil changed. It has a 6 speed Allison electronic/automatic transmission. It weighs 32,000 to 33,000 pounds & has a standard 10,000 pound hitch receiver.
It has Corian cabinet tops with covers for the 2 well sink & stove. There is a leak under the kitchen sink that has been stopped but needs to be repaired.
It has a lot of storage underneath & we can leave the plates, cups, bowls & silverware if you like. There is storage above the kitchen area & another large cabinet next to the fridge as well as a large shallow cabinet with plenty of shelves that you can use when the slide out is open. When both sides of the living/dining area are open it has a large amount of space so you don’t feel crowded at all. There is a wooden table with two upholstered chairs & under the master bed there are two other matching fold out chairs.
It has a back up / tow watching camera & screen, automatic leveling legs, a huge Onan diesel generator that was just serviced & can power the AC & anything else you need without plugging in.
In the interest of full disclosure, the place where we stored it was fully level when we first set it up but over time the ground shifted a little & it rained for several days while the slide out was open. Unfortunately it leaked onto the carpet, the console next to the passenger seat & onto the front bottom corner of the couch on that side. We used a shop vac & fans to dry it as soon as we found it but there are stains in these areas as well as a few darkened places that came with use. We normally kept everything covered with rugs. There is also a crack in the tile in the corner of the kitchen but we always had it covered by the trash can. A couple of the vent fans need to be replaced. There is one in the kitchen/dining area & one in each bathroom.
The front protective cover became brown & cracked so we hired someone to remove it. It still needs some of the adhesive removed & to be buffed out for scratches. There are a few places where the paint is scratched but not that noticeable.
We had some amazing trips in it with at least 3 grandkids & used it to travel the territory covered by our business. It was much nicer than staying in different hotels every night.
I’m sad we have to give it up but I have been ill (nothing contagious) for some time now & we haven’t used it in almost 5 years.
I believe it has around 80,000 miles on it & Will update this posting as soon as I can find out the exact number.
