2005 Safari Cheetah 36PDD 37' Diesel Pusher CAT C7 7.2 Liter Diesel Engine. 2 Slide Outs, 3 Awnings, Dual A/C Units, Sleeps 4. 87,939 miles. Engine runs strong and smooth.
The original list price $289,000 which shows the level of build quality of this unit. We are the 2nd owners and purchased this motorhome in 2020 and lived full time in it for two years.
a CAT C7 7.2 liter diesel engine with 87,939 miles. Engine runs strong and smooth. 
The Cat C7 is an inline 6-cylinder diesel engine. Engine features include turbo-charged air intake, common rail fuel injection system, full electronic control system and Caterpillar's ACERT fuel/air management system. Advanced emission solutions include a closed crankcase breather and a diesel particulate filter using Cat's proprietary regeneration system. The B50 life rating is450,000 to 500,000 miles.
The coach has 2 ACs. Electric is 50 amp. The new generator was added in 2023 for $12,000 and has less than 60 hours on it. All NEW TIRES in September 2025. New sleeper sofa in September 2025.
The first owner remodeled the interior in 2016. The gallery TV was relocated to a cabinet with a hideaway storage feature. This takes the place of the 3rd seat behind the passenger seat. 
The dinette is a table and has 4 chairs (two are foldable and can be stored in the closet). 
The kitchen has a three-burner propane cooktop, a hood cover with light in fan, a convection oven microwave, and a side-by-side refrigerator with the freezer on top. 
The bedroom has under bed storage, a very large closet as well as built-in dresser with drawers, nightstands and overhead reading lights. There is cabinet for a clothes washer or addedstorage, which is how we used it. 
There’s a large cabinet that we converted to a pantry/storage area. We added pull out drawers which make it more accessible.
The bathroom has a separate water closet, and a large glass enclosed shower. There is an exhaust fan in the bathroom and also in the kitchen.
We have made significant updates and upgrades. 
When we purchased it, we had the bedroom TV removed in favor of more storage space but it can easily be reinstalled. 
We replaced the fridge in 2020, the hot water heater in 2021, the inverter in 2021 and the generator in 2023. We added a Wi-Fi unit in 2021 (works with chip provided by your cellular company)
We upgraded window shades in 2024.
We also installed storage trays underneath when we purchased it for easier use of the basement storage area. 
New Tires in Sept 2025.
New Sleeper Sofa in Sept 2025.
Most importantly, in 2020 we replaced the trailing arms of the rear suspension This is a known issue with Safari motorhomes. It should have been a factory recall but by the time the suspensions began to fail, Safari was no longer in business. That issue has been taken care of with this one!
