This 2006 Rockwood Roo 23RS travel trailer has been my home in another state, enduring both summer heat and winter chill. It has also served as a cozy vacation spot for family visits. During that time, I’ve made several upgrades and repairs to make it more livable and off-grid capable.
I’m not a licensed RV technician, but I’ve done my best to ensure all modifications are functional.

Dry Weight: 4,400 lbs
Sleeping Capacity: Up to 5-6 (ideal for 1–2 for long stays)
Slide-Out: Rear queen bed slide-out (functional; may need attention with frequent use)
Kitchen: 3-burner stove, microwave, double sinks, fridge
Bathroom: Full bath with shower and toilet (Note: toilet door is missing—used with a curtain)
Climate Control: Air conditioning (needs refrigerant refill), heating, and water heater
Storage: Overhead cabinets, under-bed storage, exterior compartments
Living Area: Sofa and dinette removed for added space
Note: No couch or dinette included, which allows more room for your own creative use. The toilet door is missing.
Recent Renovations & Condition:
Repaired: Floor and rear slide-out
Gas System: Inspected last year(2024) by a certified RV technician—gas appliances are safe and working well
The water heater leaked, but I glued it. It was okay when I checked but may need to watch.
Exterior: No major dents or scratches, just a few minor—overall good appearance
Interior: Clean, smoke-free, and pet-free
