Like many RVs of this era, the original pleather upholstery on the sofa, dinette cushions, and swivel rockers eventually began to peel. Rather than replace the sofa and swivel rockers with furniture that might not suit the next owner's needs, they were removed, creating a clean, open living area that can be configured to fit your own style and intended use. The original dinette remains and features reupholstered seat cushions, currently with matching slipcovers on both the seat and back cushions. We didn't reupholster the backrests at the time because the original fabric accents on the back cushions matched the factory window valances.
Aside from the seating changes described above, the remainder of the trailer is clean, well-maintained, fully functional, and ready to go camping from day one.

The factory ducted A/C system was converted to a non-ducted ceiling assembly to improve cooling performance in the South Florida climate. The conversion is fully reversible. All original components were retained and can be returned to the factory ducted configuration by the new owner in approximately 15 minutes if desired. Condition
