The product is a used COBRA Class C motorhome from 1988 with a sleeping capacity for 4 people. It has a water capacity of 21-30 gallons, 1 air conditioner, 1 awning, and measures 27 feet in length. The motorhome runs on gas and has a mileage of 56,550. It does not have slide outs or leveling jacks included, but it has a clean vehicle title and was manufactured in the United States. It has a 460 automatic that runs and drives. This is a custom build done by me by han, all the systems work and have been gone thre, it has a new pm45lk power converte, agm batteries house and van sid, a vsr and new kill switch for the house sid, the furnace, water heater and generator have been rebuil, the water system has been pressure tested and a new pump with regulator and filte, both fuel pumps are new with filters and relays, the fan clutch is new and belts the motor has no issues . there are to many pictures of the build to post but can send more on request. The floors have new carpet and til, there is a 42 inch tv on the over head with remote that work, all the electrical in the rv has been updated and teste, stove oven and frige all wor, the a/c runs cold and has a new power resistor . the tanks all have new sensors in them but they are all empty. There is about 3/4 of a tank of LPG on board the tank is mounted to the rv and has to be filled when empty it dose not come out . all the lighting is led except for 2 fixtures are Edison bulbs. The awning opens full and is in good condition . There is no body damage but the stickers and emblems show there age and could be replaced or striped off and it needs wax no leaks but the roof could use a seal coa, the vents have all been sealed and they do open and clos, the toilet works as well as the shower .The shore power cable is new and all the grounds have been updated .NO TRADES.as is with no warranty or guarantee no refunds it is as is .
