This is my 2010 Majestic 19ft Motor Home by Ford with 167k miles. It is a very rare 19ft RV and it’s shorter than a full-size truck! This can easily park in a regular parking stall and can park in any parking spot like a regular truck. It has a full bathroom, 2 beds and full kitchen! My wife and I bought this RV during Covid and we had the whole interior redone. All of the seats and beds where redone. We have taken it out on maybe 6 trips. Our family has now grown and we need a larger RV. This is great alternative to a sprinter as it costs a fraction of a Sprinter and also it costs a fraction to maintain a Ford over a Mercedes. Most importantly the layout is much more functional. We looked into a sprinter when purchasing this RV but we like the square living are over a long narrow layout of a sprinter. This RV only has 4 tires unlike others that require 6. This RV is made by Thor Industries who also makes the Air Stream.
Mechanically, the RV is in solid shape! I had 4 brand new Michelin 3 ply tires installed when I bought the RV. I only install Michelin tires in all my vehicles. I also replaced the oxygen sensor with a factory Motorcraft when I bought the RV. The RV drives straight and does not pull to any side. The RV is dry underneath with no leaks. There are no warning lights such as ABS or Check Engine. The RV passed California Smog check with flying colors. I also replaced both the engine and cabin batteries. The generator was also serviced with a new original Onan carburetor last year. I am so confident in the RV I would not hesitate to drive it to New York.
The interior of the RV is in great shape. When I bought the RV I had the whole interior redone. Every cushion was reupholstered from blue to dark brown. We wanted to make living space new and so we had the interior redone. I also installed a rear-view camera to help with backing up. Last year there was some water seepage and water got inside 2 of the cabinets. I took the RV to a RV facility and had the entire roof resealed. The roof leak has been professionally resealed but 2 of the cabinets need to be addressed. I decided to not repair the cabinets as I would just let the new buyer repair or replace it how ever they would like as it’s a cosmetic defect. I have included photos of the cabinet defects towards the end of the photos. I also added wooden slots in the bathroom so after taking a show your feet does not get wet. It can be removed as it just lays in the ground. It was a game changer as normally after taking a shower, walking in the bathroom would get your feet wet. Overall, the interior is in really good shape.
The exterior of the RV is in great shape. The RV does not have any major dings or dents. The paint is in real solid shape. All the doors and windows open and close perfectly. I also had new roof windows installed when the roof was resealed. All the glass are and lights are crack free. I installed HID headlights to be able to see better at night. I also have a basket I can include that goes on the hitch receiver that gives extra storage. Overall, I would say the exterior is in great shape!
This is a great RV and a very rare 19ft RV. It can literally be driven like a car anywhere. We loved taking it to national parks as you can park right up front. There no size limitations with this RV. We love this RV but we are ready for something bigger as our family has grown.
