Never been used.---There is a few odds and ends that need to be finished up, nothing major---It does need NEW tires, a more low profile tire. It also comes with a spare rim for a spare which also needs a tire.---Chevy wheels, 1 inch spacers, single axle, 2" Ball.---Fully electric aside from the water pump which runs off a battery which is NOT included.---Fresh water tank not included, would need to pick up a 7.5 gallon water container. Hose is run and hooked up to sink.---Has truck plug, running lights, brake, backup and parking lights.---3 Lights inside, 4 outlets and a waterproof outlet outside next to the door.---Frame was lengthened and widened. Measures 171" long and 76" wide and head height inside is 74".---Frame was wire brushed and painted.---All plywood outside, 2x2 walls, OSB inside with texture.---All cabinets are solid wood.---No heat or AC. Could easily be heated with a small heater and cooled with a portable ac.---Couch has storage underneath and is where fresh water tank would go.---No nails, all exterior screws used.---Exterior is stained but does need pressure washed and sealed
