This camper is located in Live Oak, FL. We purchased it from General RV in August 2025 to live in while building a house, but our plans have changed. We removed the table and chairs to give us more room. They are available if wanted. We also replaced the original couch and loveseat because they were in poor condition. The fifth wheel will need to be moved.

The kitchen island provides you with a double sink, a pantry, extra counter and storage space. The kitchen includes a new stove with oven and full size stainless residential fridge. The chef in the family will also enjoy the exterior kitchen.
You will love the spacious master suite where there is a king size bed with ample room to walk around and a dresser for your clothes. The master bathroom has two sinks, a walk-in shower with seat, a closet that has been prepped for a washer/dryer, plus a large wardrobe with shelves.
You can easily relax in the living area with the 80" sleeper sofa, reclining loveseat, plus an entertainment center with a fireplace below. The entertainment center has a flat screen TV, premium soundbar and DVD player. There is a half bath near by for your convenience.
Throughout this fifth wheel you will find solid wood drawer fronts with Birch sides, and LED lighting. Each model has Beauflor linoleum in rustic wood plank, and mocha accent crown molding. There is a central vac system and two air conditioning units to keep the unit clean and comfortable on your travels.
In the evening, grab your camp chair, a snack, and enjoy sitting outside, under the 20' awning with LED lights or watching football on the exterior TV while entertaining friends.
The Forest River is very spacious with three slides. It is constructed with a welded aluminum-framed vacuum bonded laminated superstructure, R-10E sidewall, a fully enclosed underbelly, and a drop frame, as well as enclosed and heated dump valves. There is ample "basement" storage, including pass-through storage, to bring along your outdoor toys.
