Owner's Note:"This RV has been well maintained and recently upgraded in several areas. We’ve installed all new rubber seals on all three slide-outs and replaced the fan motor on the kitchen A/C unit. The kitchen slide features a table with four chairs, along with a large Whirlpool microwave and a residential-style Whirlpool refrigerator and freezer. In the living area, there are two new recliners, and it’s prepped for a large TV with an electric fireplace below. There’s also an AM/FM radio built in.
Outside, it has a TV and mini fridge, plus a small grill attached to the rear bumper. The upstairs bathroom includes a spacious walk-in shower with a built-in seat, two sinks, and a large closet that’s set up for a washer and dryer. There’s also a second bathroom downstairs with a toilet and sink for added convenience.
All systems are in working order including the slides, water, sewer, electric, and both A/C units. The only thing I haven’t figured out is the built-in vacuum system located under the bed. The hose is there, and it seems like it’s supposed to connect so you can vacuum throughout the RV, but I’ve never used it. The rooftop TV antenna doesn’t work, but I’ve used an indoor antenna instead with no issues.
Overall, this is a comfortable and spacious RV that’s ready to hit the road!"
