Very clean 2020 35-foot 5th wheel RV with many amenities and upgrades. It has 3 slide-outs, and a power-driven awning. Living room has a hide-a-bed in the couch, and two recliners facing the TV and fireplace. The kitchen area includes a residential size refrigerator, gas stove and oven, electric microwave, plenty of pantry storage, a sink with two basins, and a table for 4. Four kitchen chairs are included. A TV, entertainment system, an infrared fireplace for either heat or just multi-color visual pleasure, are part of the cabin experience. A central vacuum system was installed at the factory.
This unit has an outdoor kitchen that contains a small refrigerator, sink, and cabinets, and a propane grill is mounted on the rear bumper. The grill uses fuel from the main propane bottles, of which 2 are included.
Two air conditioning units, one in the main living area and one in the bedroom, along with a ceiling fan in the living area keep you comfortable in the summer months. R-38E insulation is one of the factory upgrades purchased.
The freshwater tank holds 60-gallons. Additional holding tanks include grey water waste, black water waste, and outdoor kitchen galley waste tanks. Holding tanks are heated. 6-point auto-leveling jacks are part of the factory package, as are MORyde wide entry steps, a Roloflex hitch pin for a smoother towing experience, and an upgraded Equaflex factory installed suspension.
600-watts of dealer installed solar panels are installed on the roof, allowing for "boondocking". Four (4) lithium-ion batteries are fed by solar panel system, and a Victron BMV-712 battery monitoring system is installed. We've put an electrical disconnect switch in-line to the indoor residential refrigerator so as to conserve battery when boondocking. The outdoor kitchen fridge is utilized in this situation.
Three (3) external cameras (left, right, and rear) are installed for towing and parking peace of mind. In-truck camera monitoring is included, as is a tire pressure monitoring system. The tires are in great shape.
