2005 Winnebago Rialta 22HD VW 76K Miles 1 Owner V6 Every Option Fully Serviced!

Hello this is a 2005 Winnebago VW Rialta HD with the VR6 front wheel drive engine. This is a one owner 76k Mile Rialta just passed state inspection last month. This model is a 22 HD which offers a slightly larger galley along with a larger dining and rear bed area. The kitchen is towards the front behind the drivers seat and has a larger three burner stove with skylight above head with the microwave above stove. It also has the 2800 generator as well and slightly larger refrigerator as well in the HD model. Rooftop A/C, propane furnace, upgraded complete wood package inside including all cabinets. This being a 2005 it is the last year of the very sought after and desirable Rialta campers. I'm sure if you're looking at this camper you probably already know a little history on them but this model has the VR6 Volkswagen engine which is an unbelievably reliable engine with great fuel economy with plenty of power. This is also front wheel drive so it's great in any weather conditions and drives like a car. This Rialta is fully loaded top to bottom and fully stocked down to the Tupperware. It's been completely serviced and maintained like a family member with a binder of records throughout the years. Please read the whole description I'll explain more detail about the RV. Mechanical: This is the VR6 V6 front wheel drive engine along with automatic transmission. The RV has been completely serviced which includes a complete oil change and filter, transmission fluid service, brake fluid flush and coolant replacement. All the brakes have been done front and rear. It has also had the sparkplug and wires replaced with oem parts. Throughout the years there has been no expense spared on maintenance and service for this RV It runs and drives like an absolutely brand new RV. It has basically brand new Continental tires all the way around. Everything in this RV works 100% all the propane water stove refrigerator generator auxiliary power exterior shower there's nothing that does not work. This is ready to go anywhere
Features: This being the HD model does have the larger kitchen area along with larger rear dining and bed area. Has a brand new flat screen LED TV with all the modern apps and features. Upgraded stereo with backup camera and navigation. Larger refrigerator. Three burner stove. Microwave above head. Pull out shower and toilet which will slide out to give you a larger area to shower and then push away to save room inside the RV. It has full storage compartments outside the RV along with exterior shower. The rooftop A/C's work perfectly ice cold. And the furnace in the unit works perfect as well. The unit is completely stocked if you'd like you can get in it tomorrow and go across the country down to the dishes Tupperware bedding. It's all the metricassee cleaned and kept that way since day one. Even the bedding and all that was rewashed and put away if the new one would like to use that. He's really are incredible RVs they drive like a car / minivan our front wheel drive for any weather conditions and are excellent on fuel and the size is extremely manageable which makes them so desirable. This being the last year is extremely desirable and really has all the details and features worked out perfectly.
