Description:

2003 Ford Triton V10 Mobile Clinic / Motorhome – Low Miles – Excellent Condition

2003 Ford Stripped Chassis Motorhome powered by the 6.8L Triton V10 engine (SOHC 20V). Originally used as a Mobile Eye Clinic by UMSL University, so it has been well maintained and lightly used.

The engine has 36,083 miles, and I personally drove it 120 miles with no issues.

The interior space is around 37 feet from the inside front to back and around 8 feet wide, offering a large working or living area.

Recent Upgrades & Features

• Triton V10 engine – 36,083 miles

• Back up camera

• Two generators – about 290 hours each (very low hours). Both start immediately with the push button by the driver and stop from the same control.
Cost over $7,000 new

• 6 tires with less than 200 miles (value about $2,500)

• New brakes and brake lines

• New generator belt

• New roof and two A/C units installed in 2019 – both work as they should

• New jacks/springs, power steering reservoir, and radiator overflow (2018)

• Three new stabilizer springs included

Interior

• Clean and well-maintained interior

• Cabinets in very good condition

• Multiple rooms with fully functional doors

• Plenty of lighting and 110V outlets throughout

• Microwave works

• Furnace with large propane tank

• Ceiling inside is in very good original condition

Known Issues / Notes

• Battery relay switch needs to be replaced.

• Front and rear entry steps may need new motors (about $50 each).

• Stabilizing jacks at the back retract slowly and need the new springs included to be installed. All jacks were replaced in 2018, and three extra sets of springs are stored in the front passenger storage compartment.

• Small water leak at the front, likely needs resealing around the front A/C unit or front roof seam (see pictures).

• Although it was designed with sinks and running water, the water system was never used, so the condition of the water system and pumps is unknown but appears to be new.

• Furnace operation is unknown. Electric heaters were used for heat. The LP tank gauge reads almost full.

• The A/C the one attached to the engine, like the A/C in a car, is not currently running. However, both roof A/C units are new.

Great For

• RV conversion
