Roof is in good condition. Carpeted floors are solid with no soft spots. Clear title and keys in hand.

Manual awning is stored in a protective metal frame. It was last opened in 2019 and was in good condition at that time.

Electric appliances including microwave, fridge, and freezer were working during last interior use in early to mid 2025. Water pump, sinks, toilet, and lights were functional. AC units last used in 2022.
