The model # is 4056 which is a 2009 Tuscany by Damon41FT with 6slides, 360hp ISC 8.3 literCummins diesel with the Allison 6speed Auto Trans. This motorhome was an early production with the 6 slides, the title is a 2008.
We completed an inspection on this RV and the following shows the results of our findings:

The engine runs good.
The transmission shifts good.
The engine or dash AC seems to work.
This motorhome was just driven approx 200 miles with no issues.
There are 2roof topAC units that function.
The water system works.
It has olddate code tires, new tires cost around $2300 for all 6.
The microwave turns on, although we did not cook anything in it.
The fridge works
The LPsystem, water heater, furnace and stove top try to function but the LP tank is empty.
A few of the lights do not work as you can see in the photos, most of the time, the bulbs are bad.
Most of these older motorhomes really need the oil, oil filter, fuel filter changed on both the engine and the generator.
Thejacks work.
The carpet is ok, especially considering that this motorhomeis 17years old.
The Onan diesel generator runs.
The batteries are older but seem to be good.
There is a washer and dryerunit but we did not check it.
We did NOT check anything else.

This RV is older and a little dirty and it could use a good cleaning, it is 18years old and used. I tried to take a lot of photos so you can tell.

We can store the camper for free for up to 6 weeks after it has been paid in full.
