We are always closed on Saturday and Sunday. The RV tech only works Monday thru Thursday, so, if you need assistance at time of pickup, you need to be here Monday thru Thursday.
If you are bidding on a eBay cheap no reserve auction, please NOTE, due to recent eBay transactions, you need to schedule a pickup time with our RV tech of at least minimum of 1 hour time at $150 per hour. If you are new to camping and have a lot of questions, then you need to schedule two hours. If you do not schedule any time, then the ebay transaction will be just a sign and drive, you can figure out all of the camper stuff yourself. If you are purchasing on a buy it now price, or some other website then no worries about scheduling time.

We completed an inspection on this RV and the following shows the results of our findings:

The Ford V10engineruns good most of the time. Several times when we tried to start it up, it will not start or runs really rough. However once that it does start up and if it is running fine it has plenty of power and runs as it should. Sometimes it runs rough or is hard to start. The engine codes are misfire, evap emission bad solenoid or clogged emission line and running lean which could be simple tune up, or may need a new fuel pump replaced inside the gas tank or the emiss line is clogged.
The auto transmission shifts good.
The Onan 4kgen does not run, the controlboard is missing, it has approx 735 hours.
The engine or dash AC seems to blowcold.
This motorhome was just driven approx 100 miles with no issues.
There is aroof AC unitthat works. The fan motor that blows the air is noisey, you can literally hear it, so maybe the bearing for the fan motor is really worn which may mean that it will need to be replaced at some point.
We did NOT test the LP system,so we do not know if the furnace, Water Heater and Stove top willfunction. The furnace has the screws removed on the exterior exhaust vent, so it prob does not work but we don't know for sure.
It has 2020 date codetires on it, the tires look ok but they are 6 years old.
The microwave turns on, although we did not cook anything in it.
The water system does NOT work, the are some water lines that are not connected.
The fridge works.
The power cord is a 30 amp.
The batteries are older and they are working as they should but due to the age they may need to be replaced in the near future.
The jacks worked one time and then stopped. We have ordered a new control board which correct the issue but we will NOT know until the new control board arrives.
There is like a dirty old smell inside but as you can see all of the upholstery needs to be replaced and it needs a thorough cleaning. There are some rat droppings which makes the smell not good...
A few of the lights do not work as you can see in the photos, most of the time, the bulbs are bad.
Most of these older motorhomes really need the oil, oil filter, fuel filter changed on both the engine and the generator.
We did NOT check anything else.
If you do not see it, or I do not show it functioning or it is not listed in this description, the I did NOT check it, it is missing or similar.
The only items checked are listed or shown in photos.
This RV is dirty and needs a good cleaning and it is also a little rough, it is 12years old and used.
I tried to take a lot of photos so you can tell.

Full of GAS and LP and make sure that the LP system works.
