For sale is a 2020 Thor Omni BH35 luxury Super C diesel motorhome built on the Ford F550 XLT 2WD chassis, powered by the 6.7L Power Stroke turbo diesel engine. RV has 10,470 miles and features the desirable bath and a half floor plan with two slide outs, a rear master bedroom with a king size bed, full rear bathroom, additional half bathroom, spacious living area, dinette, sofa bed, and overhead cab entertainment. Features include full body paint, frameless dual pane windows, two roof air conditioning units,automatichydraulic leveling system, electric awning, exterior storage compartments, and a built-in Onan 6.0kW diesel generator with only approximately 55 hours.

The motorhome measures 36 feet 10 inches in length and 12 feet 6 inches high. The GVWR is 19,500 lbs, with a 10,000 lb rated towing hitch. It has a total diesel fuel capacity of 68 gallons, a 75 gallon freshwater tank, two separate gray water holding tanks (40 gallon front and 31 gallon rear), and a 40 gallon black water tank. The motorhome also features a tankless water heater and approximately 68lbs of propane capacity.

This RV was purchased from an insurance company in Virginia due to significant interior fire damage. The fire appears to have originated near the electronic multiplex touchscreen control system, which operates various functions throughout the motorhome. The most significant fire damage is in the rear bedroom area, with additional heat, smoke, and fire related damage throughout the interior. The interior has not been restored and will require extensive repairs, including electrical system inspection, replacement of damaged components, and interior refurbishment. Despite the interior fire damage, the motorhome runs and drives very well. It was driven approximately 3,000 miles from Virginia to Sacramento, California, without any noticeable engine or transmission performance issues. The 6.7L Power Stroke diesel engine runs smoothly, has good power, and the transmission shifts properly. The check engine light is currently illuminated with diagnostic codes P1557 and P1558, relating to cylinder 7 and cylinder 8 fuel injector circuit range/performance. These codes have not been repaired and will require further diagnosis. Other than the illuminated check engine light, no noticeable engine or transmission operating problems were experienced during the trip.

The exterior is generally in good condition, including the roof, exterior storage compartments, and body panels. There are some cosmetic scratches and minor dents around the exterior, so please refer to the detailed pictures. The Onan 6.0kW diesel generator starts and runs well, The hydraulic automatic leveling system is fully operational. We also installed separate switches to operate both slide outs, and both slides are functional. Some of the interior lights have also been wired to operate independently of the damaged original control system. Other interior electrical systems, appliances, and accessories have not all been restored or tested.

IMPORTANT OWNERSHIP DOCUMENT INFORMATION: This motorhome comes with a Florida Certificate of Destruction, NOT a regular salvage or rebuilt title. The RV will be sold with the Certificate of Destruction and ownership will be transferred using a Bill of Sale. This documentation restricts the ability to title or register the motorhome.
