2016 Keystone Cougar Xlite. I am the second owner. Mileage is unknown. The awning fabric is separating and needs replacing. The fabric runs about $100 + installation. A DIY can do it. The CO alarm is sounding and probably needs replacing. As far as I know everything else works. It does have a faux fireplace that does heat the trailer. Aside from those things, it is in great condition.
