We are second owner of our motorhome . Used for winter time in Florida but have purchased a park model and no longer need this RV. We are looking to downsize. Everything works as it should. New recliners, and dinette seats from RecPr, has electric fire place, 3 TV's, outside kitchen with propane hookup, all extra propane hoses are included. Unit has two solar panel, King size bed, combo washer and dryer. V10 E450 has just under 30k miles all back and forth to Florida. I have listed this with no RESERVE if you bid you are the owner. The outside has typical sun fade and cracked decal, you will need to remove decals and buff exterior. Both driver and passenger seats have been recovered. Cab curtain has been replaced.
