I purchased this then got sick I have not been able to use it so I am hoping someone else will enjoy it. It has a Distribution Hitch that came with it that is in the front compartment. The title is rebuilt salvaged - flood damage and bonded which bond ended 3 years ago. I know the a/c works, all the lights and the refrigerator is flashing a code other than that I have not used anything else so I don't know if they work. For a 20 year old trailer it don't look to bad but yes it does need some things done to it. I am asking $7,000 or"BEST OFFER"
