Great condition 2006 Thor Transport 5th wheel toyhauler 40 feet long. Roof is I good Condition no leaks etc. Tires are in good condition 3 years old. Batteries are good. 2 6volt no acid a 1 12 volt acid one. Awning is not torn or rotten work good. It is 23 feet long and has a led light strip undernea. Slide outs work good. The width of the ramp door is 95 inches and the garage length is 12 feet 3 inches. On board Generator is a 5500 Onan 1100 hours on it approximately. Works good. 2 a/c work great..heater works good. The master bedroom has a queen bed the you can walk around. With storage underneath. 5th wheel has 2 flat screen tvs. We have Bought a 2024 Keystone toyhauler. So we need to sell this Toyhauler have had it 20 years worked for us.... I am probably forgetting some things but you can ask me if needed. Thanks
