Brand new tires with receipts, brand new roof coated, the floor is high-quality with no soft spots, electrical works, I do not know about the other appliances. The upholstery is beautiful but the back sides need love.Yes this has leaked. There is wood damage throughout but mostly along the corners, the front area under the table and behind the cushions at the dinette. Hence the price. Window panes were missing which have been replaced. The door still needs work. The parts are there, but it needs to be put back together, adjusted, needs glass. Totally drivable as is. This only weighs approximately 2500 pounds. It has two propane tanks with the RV cover.This includes a beautiful, gorgeous, fabric awning. Needs cleaning, along with the curtains.This is too cute to give up on. All of the Coca-Cola items stay with the trailer.I will not answer a bunch of questions. Must see to appreciate.
