The only things known to be needed: awning material is usable but showing it age, there’s a soft spot in one rear corner of the garage floor from a door leak that is now repaired, a repairable tear in the linoleum, the outside shower faucet leaks but only when on. The generator could use an oil change and carburetor cleaning due to lack of use.
