The trailer has a Kentucky Certificate of Salvage Title due to flood damage. Trailer was approximately one foot and six inches of fresh water in to lower living area. This trailer was in flood over year ago with all floors solid with no soft spots, or smell of mold. All underbelly was removed, insulation and all electrical components replaced. All electric components that were in water line were replaced, including generator with good used one. All cabinetry inside is original and are in good shape, also missing dining area. Trailer has some minor dents outside and new battery. All components on this trailer have been checked and everything works as it should. Trailer is now located in Sacramento California and for sale by a dealer that specializes in branded titles RVs.
