The trailer has a Kentucky Salvagepreviously Florida Certificate of Destruction due to flood damage.Trailer was approximately one foot and six inches of water in to lower living area.This trailer was in flood over year ago with all floors solid with no soft spots, or smell of mold. All underbelly was removed, insulation and all electrical components replaced. All electric components that were in water line were replaced, including generator with good used one. All cabinetry inside is original and are in great shape, electric recliners need to be gone through, also missing dining table. Trailer has some minor dents and scratches outside and new battery.
