2019 Escape 21 Fibertglass Travel Trailer

2019 Escape 21 Fiberglass travel trailer for sale near Brunswick, Georgia. Illness forces sale (Parkinsons). Well-traveled (40K miles) and kept in a storage locker (by Exit 29) when not in use.

Upgraded fan with light in bathroom. Marine fan over bed (quiet!). Fan over dinette.. IKEA pull-out shelves and drawers in optional cabinet. No microwave installed, but cabinet wired for it - and a microwave is included in the sale, with mounting faceplate.
While we don't have pets, we have had a friend's dog on a few occasions. She tore the door screen, which we re-screened. We also installed a piece of plexiglass to prevent further damage (see photo)
Two RHINO sewer hoses and tubes under trailer. Plastic Ammo box mounted on bumper to hold those nasty sewer fixtures. Includes power cord and hoses and nearly new (and extensive) set of leveling blocks is included.
We ordered this trailer in 2018 and picked it up at Bob's Burgers (IYKYK) in 2019. This was an upgrade to our well-loved 1999 Casita 17, which we had for 15 years. The Escape is our 5th RV over 35+ years of camping.
It is well-loved and not a museum piece. Might be some stickers here and there from places we have traveled to. New shower faucet in bath (separate from sink). Residential style sink faucet in bath.
Full stove with OVEN. Spouse likes to bake.
A/C with HEAT STRIP. Why use propane when electric is free?
UPDATE: Second water pump switch in bathroom (just in case!) and hot water switch (110V) located at foot of bed (before, you had to go outside to turn on 110V hot water). Again, electricity is free, why waste propane?
One of the Lippart insulated windows was replaced under warranty (recall) by Escape. The pull down blind on the dinette window needs restringing. I have the restring kit (included) but haven't gotten around to doing it.
We got dinged on the street side and it damaged a cabinet latch (see photo) which was repaired with a battle patch. Also replaced the outside light because of same.
Batteries are original but seem to hold a charge just fine. Recently checked the water levels. Usually requires a little distilled water once a year.
That's about it. The first photo below is a few years old. All others are recent. As you can see, we had fun with the old gal!
