2019 New Wave Teardrop Travel Trailer Camper

My wife and I purchased this teardrop trailer brand new straight from the factory in July 2019. We have never titled or registered it, so I have only a certificate of origin. This tells you how much I used it. It sat in my shop being worked on for a long time as I did quite extensive work to it:
Installed a propane powered generator system with Honda generator that goes with the trailer. This allows the trailer to be easily used in 100-degree weather anywhere as it has a standard 5000 btu air conditioner which cools the inside quickly. The propane tanks can be exchanged at any Walmart or filled at any tractor supply all over. The excellent Honda generator has never been run on anything except propane, and it is very clean burning: you can let this sit a year and return and it starts right up never a problem! It is located in the overhead box with holes in it for ventilation and it has 2 twelve-volt fans mounted behind for circulation in hot weather. I built this to run indefinitely! Somebody who can use this will be getting a great deal here!!
I also installed a 125-watt solar panel on the roof and a 100 amp/hr. LiFePO4 lithium battery inside the toolbox on the front of the trailer, along with a MPPT (most efficient) solar charge controller, mounted inside the front of the trailer. There is also a 12 volt to 120-volt 1000 watt modified sine wave inverter that generates 120-volt house ac current for when one is not plugged in to shore power.
On the roof is a water heater: the black painted PVC pipe on the roof- holds 10 gallons of water but could be enlarged easily to hold 15 gallons. 5 gallons easily takes care of one shower. It is heated by the sun and makes hot water for an outdoor shower that works well. All parts needed to make it a shower are included, except for a small 12-volt air compressor- which could be included if the buyer wants it. If you want to see it work- with hot water- just wait until it's a 90 degree or hotter day and come see me at about 5pm that evening. Let me know in advance and I will leave the trailer in the sun for the afternoon that day. By 5pm the water will be plenty warm for a shower all of that evening.
I also installed larger tires for better off road use and installed a SOA (spring over axle) conversion to increase ground clearance and allow the larger jeep rims and tires to fit the wheel wells. SOA lifts are nice since all they involve are moving the leaf springs from under the axle to over the axle, leaving the trailer otherwise stock. Since there are no grey or black water tanks underneath, this teardrop is very nice for rugged off-road use, having lots of ground clearance. This teardrop tows very easily at 70mph. I provided an area that holds 5-gallon containers for either water or extra gasoline, one on each side. There is also 2 extra spare tires- one over each wheel well! All tires have plenty of tread left. This teardrop is built well enough to go to Alaska, easily!
I had installed 5% tint to both door windows, and we put black covers inside for privacy. The tint keeps a LOT of Texas Heat outside and makes a huge difference. This teardrop works very well summer or winter. It's surprising since you are only heating or cooling a rather small area it's very easy to heat it up with even a small one burner stove or tiny heater. The propane gas system has a "tee" in the line (see pictures) that allows someone to hook up additional gas appliances to the inside of the trailer very easily.
This is a great, clean teardrop in very good used condition that will be good for anyone! Doesn't leak at all! If you are a kayaker, you can put your kayaks on the overhead luggage rack or all sorts of just about anything else. There is also a Maxx fan cover on the roof so if you leave the roof vent open and it rains- it doesn't matter as nothing will get wet inside.
I am selling this only because we are just not using it and I want it to go to someone that will enjoy it. I will accept cash or federal postal money orders which you can buy at USPS. If you need it delivered- I will deliver it anywhere as long as it is fully paid for in advance- there is a $1 per mile one way delivery fee.
