The framing is all aluminum.
The trailer is 10 feet wide and very livable.
The entire plumbing system has been redone including
an on-demand water heater and all the fixtures are new.
We have included a new 12,000 btu mini split (still in the boxes)
that can be hooked up when the trailer reaches its new home.
The refrigerator, cooktop and microwave are new.
The breaker box and all the electrical outlets and switches have been replaced.
All the lighting fixtures are new or rebuilt.
Hardwood flooring has been installed.
The marker lights, tail and tag lights along with all the 12-volt wiring
Have been replaced.
The tires are new, and the bearings have been greased.
The belly pan is all aluminum sheeting.
The trailer has an up-to-date tag and transferable registration/title that is tied
to the tag and can be signed over to the next owner.
Transportation can be arranged.
