I am selling my camper to purchase a camper van. I have used my RV constantly since January at my jobsite as an office and slept in it many times. Everything works, and I have installed tons of new parts. These include an AC unit, a mattress, both new complete axles, a kitchen faucet, a shower head with wand, a smoke detector, and 2 new full propane tanks. I will include a 30 amp RV cord with the sale. The camper has 2 small issues: 1st is one dinette cushion is worn; the other is that the front right exterior skin is a little wavy (it was completely reglued and sealed, plywood was not rotted or bad). This RV is ready to go anywhere in cold or warm weather. I can hook everything up, and you can test everything for as long as you like. Clean title in my name. It's located in Hackettstown, NJ, but I can bring it home to Flemington if that is easier. I am also open to trades. The weight is a little over 5k, and it tows great with my Ford E150.
