2013 Heartland MPG 184 — One slideout, sleeps 4 (2 adults, 2 kids), 78" stand-up interior. Purchased new, used a handful of times over 12+ years, stored under cover the entire time. No pets. No smoking. Ever. The interior looks and smells like new. The exterior has no dents, no delamination, no cracks.

This is not a "good for the price" trailer. This is a genuinely excellent trailer that happened to sit in a garage instead of a campground.

CONDITION — HONEST ASSESSMENT

Interior: Like new. Vinyl flooring pristine, carpet squares for easy cleaning, no soft spots anywhere. Ceiling clean, no water stains. All cabinetry tight and functional.

Appliances (all confirmed working):

• Norcold refrigerator — cold, clean

• 2-burner propane cooktop — works
• 6-gallon water heater — works
• Dometic A/C 11,000 BTU — works, cools well
• Propane furnace 20,000 BTU — works

Slideout: Operates smoothly. No leaks around the seal.

Exterior: No dents. No delamination. Awning in excellent condition.

Known imperfections: Small patch on slide out 10x10. This is the worst thing I can say about this trailer.

WHY MPG OVER rPOD?

If you've been shopping rPods, read this carefully. Forest River (the maker of the rPod) actually sued Heartland over the MPG — because it was that close a competitor. Here's how the MPG stacks up against the rPod RP-179:

• 15" wheels vs rPod's 13" — better road stability, easier tire sourcing
• Heavier-duty A-frame hitch — 3,500 lb rating
• Black water flush port — the rPod RP-179 doesn't have one
• Higher ground clearance — better on unimproved roads
• 78" interior height vs rPod's 73" — meaningful difference when you're standing at the sink
• Full slideout on the dinette/sofa side — rPod 179 has none

Same compact, lightweight, towable-by-most-SUVs footprint. Better spec sheet.

PICKUP AND PAYMENT

Location: Hagerman, Idaho 83332 — approximately 45 minutes west of Twin Falls, easy access directly off I-84.

Local pickup strongly preferred. Buyer is welcome to inspect in person before completing purchase. Remote buyers are responsible for arranging and paying for transport.

Payment: Cash in person, or wire transfer confirmed received before release. No PayPal, no cashier's checks, no exceptions. I will not overpay and request a refund. Standard fraud attempts will be ignored and reported.
