The motorhome has one good awning, solid floors and walls, and an uncracked windshield. Tires are reported to be in good condition. Keys are included.
There is one small leak beginning in the upper kitchen cabinet next to the refrigerator. The leak is at an early stage and the structure is still solid.
The catalytic converter is currently removed and the RV has a straight pipe installed. A new catalytic converter (new in box) is included inside a cabinet.
The RV was last used on a trip in December 2025.
