This was a company prototype demo to showcase RV modernization, designed to camp anywhere with or without hook-ups of all varieties. You can truly live with the utmost of freedom and flexibility, greater than many modern 2025 rigs.
I would trust this RV to drive anywhere home. Fresh oil change just completed.
R/S title due to initial water intrusion, however a brand new TPO rubber roof membrane and seals installed with replaced roof section for good measure.RV is Completely rebuilt, modernized, remodeled, and fully upgraded, off-grid RV. Brand new Vinyl graphics package. Brand New TPO rubber roof membrane installed (not a re-coat but an all new membrane with all new seals). New skylights. New tires only a few thousand miles ago. Rear differential fluid and oil just changed, new serpentine belt and new spare tire and new high-flow engine air filter. New front end - Both, upper and lower control arms have been installed on both driver and passenger sides for safety and added control.
Brand new power bank of 400 Ah, of balanced lithium batteries. Fully programmable and remote bluetooth controllable Victron Multi-plus 3000w inverter / converter system with Bluetooth wireless controls and adjustable power management for low / limited amperage shore plugs and adjustable battery draw, with both AC/DC power management, (you can run your AC on even 15amp sockets with computerized power management at the touch of a button). 400 watts of solar power with Bluetooth controller (designed for expandable / additional panels if desired). Added secondary / rear AC / heater unit for an ice-cold bedroom or added low-power cooling. Both AC units can run simultaneously! Running both AC until for insane cooling, as this was an Arizona Rig. Wireless and programmable multi-color, LED ceiling accent lights throughout. All electronics are secured into an EM signal blocking faraday safety box. New OEM carburetor on onboard the 4000w Onan generator (runs great) in all altitudes. Hot water heater flushed and cleaned. Furnace has new motor and runs perfectly smooth with great heat output. New rear and rear-side diamond plate exterior cladding for weather resistance against wet-road conditions. New upgraded rear cargo doors. New large 8” tiltable touch screen navigation stereo with Apple CarPlay and Android connections, Bluetooth, etc.
Newer dinette and sofa (both turn into beds, new rigid vinyl flooring, new paint throughout entire coach from floor, to ceiling, to cabinets. New decking in bunk with expanding / contracting bunk floor and ladder. New, 3-shade dimmable LED cabin lights throughout. 32” swivel lock LCD tv. Solid cedar plank herringbone design accent wall at entrance. Cedar plank accent wall in rear bedroom. Dual cedar plank accent walls on driver and passenger side of upper bunk as well.
Kitchen: New 12v compressor, stainless high-efficiency Dometic refrigerator. Cools in just 2 hours like home, not 24hrs like old school absorption refrigerators, and can run all day / every day, with onboard batteries and solar. I recently left the refrigerator on while letting the RV sit in the sun with solar panels keeping the RV powered and the refrigerator running, self-sufficiently, day after day. New butcher block counter tops, deep basin stainless sink, new vinyl tile backsplash, repainted cabinets, new stainless multi-flow faucet and new plumbing.
Bathroom: New porcelain toilet (slightly relocated for optimized fit for taller folks), new porcelain under-mount bathroom sink, upgraded stainless faucet and plumbing. Tile backsplash, Butcher block vanity top, LED vanity mirror. New shower surround and tile accents. Upgraded high efficiency shower head. Two-way doors added to make bathroom/shower expandable into a spacious private master bathroom.
Master Bedroom: Multi-layer queen foam mattress with sealed / washable covers. 32” LCD TV w/swivel lock mount for RV. Butcher block nightstand with new vinyl flooring. Lockable privacy door added.
Extras: New pneumatic struts on cabinets. High traction easy-wash rugs, new toilet plumbing fittings. Has optional WEBOOST cell phone signal booster with 25” retractable antenna (optional).
20" awning aluminum roller available if desired.Could use: Rear back up camera. Secondary black water gate replacement (not necessary, but I can help replace if desired).Restored Salvage title due to initial water intrusion.
