The legendary Cedar Creek construction features an all-aluminum superstructure with handcrafted 2” x 2” sidewalls, spaced 16” or less on center. It’s reinforced with individually fastened custom “L” brackets, 3M® bonded sidewalls, and TRUE Gel Coat fiberglass—delivering a strong, flexible frame without lamination or welding!

Outside, you’ll have an- 18′ power awning, an extra wide entry door & premium entry steps, slide-out toppers, storage compartments, a 200-watt solar panel, On-The-Go roof ladder prep, an LP quick connect, an enclosed underbelly, and a convenience center with black tank flush, hot/cold shower, and winterizing fixture.

The interior of the Cedar Creek Cottage 41FWC is absolutely beautiful, and the features and finishes are truly outstanding! The kitchen has an undermount stainless steel workstation sink, a residential faucet, solid surface countertops, a dining bar, a 1.3 cu. ft. microwave, an LP gas range with oven, an 16.2 cu. ft. residential style refrigerator and ample storage, including a pull-out pantry and numerous drawers and cabinets.

The modern rear living room is both cozy and functional, featuring a comfortable sectional sofa with trundle bed, a 55″ Smart LED television with Bluetooth speaker, and an electric fireplace with heat.

The bathroom will make you feel right at home with its quality fixtures, vanity, large walk-in shower with seat, vent fan, porcelain bowl foot flush toilet, a Splendide washer and dryer laundry center with integral drying rack. The front slide-out bedroom features a slide-out king bed, a spacious wardrobe, dresser, Cadet wall heater, under-bed storage, and a front bench seat with windows.

There are NO ADDITIONAL or HIDDEN FEES for our RVs. We do not charge document, eBay, or prep fees and don’t require you to finance your purchase with us to get our best price. Please consider this when comparing prices. If you are an Iowa or Illinois resident, we collect tax, title, and registration fees. If you register in any other state, you will be responsible for your state’s tax, title, and license fees when you register.

Will you take less than the listed price or add extra equipment at no charge?

Do you offer shipping?

We can arrange delivery to the contiguous United States. The following transport rates are per loaded mile (one way): Travel Trailers – $2.40, Fifth Wheels –$2.60, Destination Trailers –$3.75. These rates are subject to change at any time as fuel prices fluctuate. You can estimate the shipping costs by mapping the distance from Walcott, Iowa. You might also check uship.com for better rates.

It has become difficult to transport into Canada due to broker requirements. If you would be interested in a rendezvous on the U.S. side of the border, we will provide the required bill of sale, no-recall letter, and certificate of origin for Canadian import. Please contact us for our current transport schedule before buying or bidding.

Does this RV come with a warranty?

All of our new RVs come with a full manufacturer’s warranty that is good throughout the U.S. and Canada. If you need warranty service, just contact us, and we will assist you in arranging service at your nearest authorized service center. Of course, if you are local, you can schedule warranty service with us. We also offer the best price for extended service plans if you are interested.

Can you provide us with a hitch?

A standard fifth wheel hitch for a long bed is $750, a slider hitch for a short bed is $1,099. That includes installation at our location. Add $175 if you need a brake controller. *Additional brackets and hardwaremay be needed for some trucks.

Do you offer financing?

Yes, we do offer financing at very competitive rates. You’ll need to be present at our location to sign the loan documents and present your ID. If you need shipping, you will need to secure financing with your local lender. Please note that we are not affiliated with the financing offered through eBay via the link on this page.

Are your RVs fully prepped and ready to use?

Yes, all of our RVs are fully prepped, including filled LP tanks, RV batteries, and sewer hoses (where applicable). All equipment is checked for proper functionality. We also offer a complimentary orientation if picked up at our location.

Do you have more than one of this model in stock?

We generally have multiple identical examples of our RV models at the time of listing. Please contact us for availability.
