ASKING PRICE DOES INCLUDE REPAIRS. We just finished replacing floor joists (SEE PHOTOS),insulated and put down new floor. They walls goes back up, sink and toilet back in. Should be Done tomorrow. Keep listing updated till done if doesn't sell sooner.
Just got this toy hauler from the insurance company due to water leaking in 1/2 bat, You can see photos where we replace joist, insulation and new floor decking. We gluing vinyl tomorrow and putting back in bathroom walls, doors, and fireplace. Should be done tomorrow or Saturday, keep eye in photo updates if doesn't sell before then.
