Just got this Toy Hauler from insurance company, due to a tree branch fell on top center roof. Everything works as it should. You can see some ceiling damage in photos. Easy fix for anyone with some work working skills, and rubber roof easy fix. We have new vent and skylight being installed. Rubber look pretty good, but has minor hole. Far as damaged goes, if you had to choose, it's in a pretty good spot. Looks like you can just pull down 2 full ceiling panels, sister up some new trusses that will push back up into place. Minor spot patch on our side and two new ceiling panels inside and will be real nice. Save 1/2 price fixing this one up. Floors are very solid, no soft spots. Cabinet little swollen and 2 drawers little water on them. Dry now. feel firm, not much water seem to come in. It was all covered up when we got it and no rain here for a week.
