3rd owner purchased in 2016. No pets. No smoking. First and second owner stored it under cover when not in use. We have covered it with a Tyvek cover every winter. We are moving to a new chapter of life and don't have the time to use it and take care of it like we have in the past.
In 2017, we installed new brakes and grease packed all 4 bearings with new bearing seals. We installed 4 new Cooper radial tires. Then, drove it on one 1000 mile trip and decided pulling a trailer was not for us. So we parked it at Whitehall Camp and Conference Center in Emlenton, PA in the fall of 2018 where it has been since.
All 120-volt circuit breakers replaced about 5 years ago. Battery converter/charger replaced about 2 years ago (can be configured for Lead Acid or LiPo4 battery voltage charging) with digital readout next to interior thermostat. Has one old, but usable, Optima Blue Top, deep cycle battery that we have float charged indoors every winter.
Refrigerator works on 120 volt electric. We never use it on LP so we are not sure if it works on LP.
LP Gas stove works, but ignitors do not. We use a butane ignitor.
Microwave works.
Central space heater works on LP with 120 VAC shore power to blower/controls.
No visible roof leaks. It could really stand to be cleaned and sealed again with Dicor products like we used a few years ago.
Hot water heater is a little cranky but usually starts on LP. Never used it on electric. I replace the sacrificial anode regularly and a spare will be included with sale.
AC works.
Toilet and faucets work.
Both slides work.
All vent covers in roof have metal covers under the heavy plastic outer covers.
Tripod hitch stabilizer included.
Plumbing system winterized every year with RV anti freeze as long as we owned it.
Stools and free standing end table shown in trailer layout are not included.
There is a sewer drainage cart stored underneath the trailer we have never used, and is included with sale.
Tyvek cover included but it is ripped at the corners and some ties ripped off. It may be usable another year or two.
Awning. The Awning! It's metal frame is skewed, and the vinyl is rotted, but at the moment is extended. It takes some work to roll up, but it likely can be done with at least two people.
We hate to see it go, but life changes require us to let it go to a new family to enjoy.
