The back off door side corner needs mending and caulked. There has been some water damage inside from the leak. It was previously caulked but needs some screws outside to hold it tight. See pictures and video.

Pervious owners remodeled the bathroom. obviously there was a leak somewhere that caused a soft floor issue so they put a new one in.Floor is solid otherwise.
Furniture is in really good shape as is upholstery
new blind on main window.
outside doors were sealed and painted black.
